Modern Wedding Photography- The storm before the infamous hurricane Irene added a haunting romance to some of these photos. Yes, it was August 27, 2011 and nothing was going to stop my clients from enjoying their wedding day. As if your wedding day isn’t exciting enough; the looming storm did add a little extra drama. It was a pleasure photographing Mary Beth and Michael’s fabulous wedding day. The bridal party took a boat ride to the Port Washington Yacht Club. Upon their arrival they were greeted by all of the children in the family. The kids ran towards them with white balloons that were soon to be released. See the 1st draft of their album below.

The groom Erik declares…..Isn’t this so much FUN!!!

It most certainly is. It was so exuberating to her Erik declare how much fun he was having at his wedding. I photographed Jen’s brother’s wedding a few years ago at the Bourne Mansion in Oakdale, NY. It was great to see everyone again having such a blast! Congrats to Jennifer + Erik. Thank you for a great day!

Check out the blog show below of some of my favorite images from Jenn and Mike’s wedding day. I love the first shot of the blogshow. Jean’s Mom is seeing her for the first time. You don’t her Mom’s face, but the glow in Jenn’s face looking at her Mom’s says it all. They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony at The Carlyle on the Green. Jenn’s Aunt and Uncle performed a lovely rendition of, “My one and only love”, as the couple stepped out to the dance floor for their first dance. Thank you Jenn and Mike for a great day!
