Michael kept telling me as we conducted the bride and groom portraits, “Don’t hold back on me”. I love this. I love when a client understands my approach and the creative process. I love having full creative control and the clients support in giving them the best images possible. The Inn at New Hyde Park is a lovely hall. The garden area is new and surrounded by a lot of houses. So it does offer some challenges. One of my favs is the shot of Sarah & Mike on the ground and I’m photographing them from above. We made sure they stayed very clean A lot of it is just capturing the couple in a natural way. You as the viewer should be able to get a sense of who these people are. I’m not trying to turn my clients into models. I just try to find the best way to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and get you to look your best. Check out the blogshow below.
